Do you work with OC managers or directly with committees?

Both. Most of my strata work comes through owners corporation managers, but I’m happy to quote a self-managed owners corporation directly.

Can you provide a certificate of currency and safety documentation?

Yes. I send a current public liability certificate of currency with every quote, and safe work method statements on request.

How is pricing worked out?

I inspect the site, agree the scope with you, and quote a fixed rate per visit or per month. The invoice matches the quote every time.

What happens if a visit is rained out?

I reschedule within the same week and let you know once it’s done.

Do you also look after private courtyards?

Common property is covered under the owners corporation’s agreement. Individual owners can book me separately for their own courtyard or garden.
