Terms and Conditions

1. MAKING A BOOKING

1. By making a booking through our website or by text, email or phone (Booking), you represent and warrant that you:
   1. are at least 18 and have capacity to enter a contract, or have your parent/guardian’s consent; and
   2. are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
2. A Booking is your offer for us to provide the services described in the Booking (Services) at the price shown (Fees). A contract is formed when we accept your Booking and you receive a confirmation message.

2. SERVICES

1. In return for payment of the Fees, we will provide the Services at the property specified in the Booking (Job Site).
2. Unless we agree otherwise, we may:
   1. withhold starting work until any upfront Fees or deposit are paid; and
   2. suspend or withhold Services if any invoice is unpaid.
3. We will provide the Services with due care and skill, and in a professional and punctual manner.
4. Timing is subject to events outside our control, including adverse weather. If extreme weather occurs, we may delay or suspend Services on safety grounds. Fees remain payable for Services performed up to suspension.
5. We may subcontract any part of the Services.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

1. You must ensure the Job Site is safe and secure, clear of obstacles and hazards (including pet waste), and reasonably free of furniture.
2. If we cannot access the Job Site at the scheduled time, you are responsible for rescheduling and may be charged additional costs.
3. While we take care to avoid damage, we are not liable for damage resulting from any pre-existing condition of the property.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

1. All prices are in Australian dollars and may change at any time before you complete a Booking.
2. Unless indicated otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST.
3. If you do not pay an amount when due, we may refer the debt to a collection agency and charge interest at 10% per annum.

5. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

1. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee applies.
2. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge you 50% of the Fees for that Booking.
3. We may cancel a Booking at any time, in which case we will refund any amount you have paid.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & PRIVACY

We may take photos or videos of the service area to promote our business on our website or social media. If you do not want us to use such media of your property, please notify us before we provide Services.

7. GENERAL

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. These terms replace any prior arrangements and represent the entire agreement between the parties.
